Brochure

Dubbed as the greatest Rockwell yet, the Proscenium brings modern living to even greater heights as it unveils its penthouse residences.

Simplicity is the cornerstone of luxury; this principle guided our design approach. While the brand possessed a recognizable identity, we aimed to elevate the print materials to reflect the elevated status of the penthouse residences. With this objective, I employed a refined design strategy, emphasizing grids, negative space, and striking imagery to achieve a premium aesthetic.

Advertorial

This advertorial was for a wraparound placement published with The New York Times tailored for first and business class travelers flying internationally to and from the Philippines.

Essentially, this material would be the first thing readers would see prior to opening the newspaper so we leveraged on large-scale visuals and minimal text, with captivating imagery, ensuring a lasting impression and sustained interest.

Brochure

The brochure was distributed to potential clients at the penthouse unit sales event, designed not just as a sales aid but as a catalyst for conversation among attendees. Adhering to our overarching strategy, each page is crafted with panoramic images spanning across spreads, paired with clear, readable typography.
